The case is recognised as a warranty case:
(subject to proper operation, with the installation and assembly techniques observed)
- when there are changes in geometry;
- when the structure is destroyed;
- in case of delamination and cracks in veneer sheet with a width of more than 1 mm.
The case is NOT recognised as a warranty case:

- in the event that the door has mechanical damage, which appeared as a result of mechanical stress.
- due to changes in the design, changes in the dimensions of the door panel set by the manufacturer, by cutting it in height and/or width;
- due to a violation of the sequence of the technological process of carrying out internal finishing work (pasting wallpaper, plastering walls, laying tiles, etc.). Complaints for doors installed in such premises are not subject to consideration, and the buyer is solely responsible for maintaining the external and operational properties of the purchased goods;
- incorrect installation of the door with violation of the installation technology, with incorrect use of tools, as well as improper operation of the door.

The warranty is valid if you have payment documents and an original invoice with the applicable recommendation and the seal of the seller.
If the case is recognised as a warranty case, the repair will be performed free of charge.
The buyer has the right to exchange goods of good quality within 14 days, excluding the date of purchase.
The exchange of goods of good quality is carried out if they have not been used yet and if their saleable condition, consumer properties, packaging, labels and payment documents are preserved.
